ABOUT

NCA, based in Paris, works on historic buildings, undertaking their restoration and restructuring to meet today’s requirements while preparing them for tomorrow’s challenges, always with the utmost respect for heritage.

The agency supports both private and public clients in projects involving restoration, restructuring, vertical extensions, and enlargements: from analysis and diagnostics, feasibility studies, and execution works to advisory and project management services.

NCA combines heritage sensitivity with technical rigor to ensure projects , optimize timelines, and maximize the value of the buildings.

The agency develops its projects using BIM Autodesk REVIT©, Autodesk AUTOCAD©, and Rhinoceros® 3D softwares.

Noemi Conejo is an architect graduated from the Polytechnic University of Valencia (Spain) and ENSA Paris-La Villette (France), and specialized in heritage architecture at the École de Chaillot (France).

She has collaborated with renowned firms such as Ateliers Jean Nouvel, Ateliers 2/3/4, Wilmotte & Associés, Viguier Architecture Urbanisme Paysage, and Franklin Azzi Architecture, contributing to cultural, commercial, and residential projects. She managed coordination between architectural teams and engineering consultants, working closely with clients, contractors, and administration (mayors, ABF, CRMNH, archaeologists).

These experiences first led her to work on new construction projects, then gradually on interventions within existing buildings, subsequently choosing to specialize in this area at the École de Chaillot.
